If you by any chance receive the wrong package, we will gladly accept the hair back in return for your correct order. The UNIT MUST NOT be altered and in the same condition its been received. We will DECLINE the return if the items aren’t in their original state.

SHIPPING
Once your order has been processed and shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you. It will take approximately 2-3 business days to arrive via USPS. Signature is REQUIRED by customer upon delivery of package.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
The buyer is completely responsible for any additional custom fees that is required at the border. If you would like extra protection on your package please contact us with your order number to ensure extra protection is included in your order.
LOST/DAMAGED ORDERS
